The Advantage: Engaged Communication hits hard at the core behaviors associated with functional and dysfunctional communication. Becoming more self-aware of your communication style and its positive and negative impact on the teams around you.

As in all Driven Leadership Immersive Programs, this course uses experiential processes to enable you to see, hear and feel your communication style while improving in all areas of it. Most of communication effectiveness is about self-awareness and how to handle conflict so the vast majority of the program is spent around these topics.
