This is a small team competition combined with leadership techniques from all over the world. You and a partner will compete against other teams to apply your leadership ability in an “Amazing Race” format. The competition part of the program stops at certain points for leadership moments, where you will work independent of your partner to learn and grow. This course will take you from high adventure to deep emotional insight in a very short span. The 7 Summits incorporates leadership lessons from around the world.

There are 7 great peaks around the world, 7 great pinnacles for us all to strive for. The most aware and successful leaders are constantly looking for new challenges to overcome and new ways to look at the world around them.
