Outline of the Program/Expectations:

Summit is an innovative online leadership training program that hones essential leadership skills for managers. Each core module spans 5-6 weeks, with a commitment of 2 hours per week. The program consists of  Basecamp sessions and Advanced Summit Training sessions, allowing participants the flexibility to choose sessions á la carte.

Two Ways to Navigate Summit:

  1. Á la Carte: Any program within the BaseCamp section can be taken as a stand-alone course.

  2. Summit: Leadership for Managers Certification Journey:
    Step 1 – Management assessments and initial coaching session
    Step 2 – Complete and pass any six BaseCamp training sessions
    Step 3 – Complete and pass any two Advanced Summit training sessions

The online training is facilitated engagingly with assessments, experiential processes, practice, weekly action plans, and accountability.  This reinforces the learning along with the application.

The Zoom live virtual classroom is held once a week. Each series will be divided into 5-6 sessions, each running 2 hours.   We max each group out at 10, allowing for discussion, processing, learning from each other, and accountability.  This is a deep dive into the leadership side of what it takes to be a High Talent Manager.

Objectives:

Summit is focused on advancing your managers to higher performance when it matters through engaging, transformative online workshops with a focus on the core leadership skills of what it takes to be a high-level leader.

The online training is facilitated engagingly with experiential processes, practice, weekly action plans, and accountability.  This reinforces the learning along with the application.   We create the “stickiness” factor!
