Leadership For Managers 12-Week Development Program
According to studies done by Gallup, Managers have the greatest impact on employee engagement. They account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores across business units. Managers who are not engaged or who are actively disengaged cost the U.S. economy close to $400 billion annually.
Everything they do & don’t do creates a domino effect. Leadership for Managers helps develop High Talent Managers who are willing to do the work and enhance their culture. This 12-week program is guaranteed to move the needle.
