Leadership For Managers 12-Week Development Program

Outline of the Program/Expectations:
Summit is an innovative online leadership training program that hones essential leadership skills for managers. Each core module spans 5-6 weeks, with a commitment of 2 hours per week. The program consists of Basecamp sessions and Advanced Summit Training sessions, allowing participants the flexibility to choose sessions á la carte.
Two Ways to Navigate Summit:
- Á la Carte: Any program within the BaseCamp section can be taken as a stand-alone course.
- Summit: Leadership for Managers Certification Journey:
- Step 1 – Management assessments and initial coaching session
- Step 2 – Complete and pass any six BaseCamp training sessions
- Step 3 – Complete and pass any two Advanced Summit training sessions

The online training is facilitated engagingly with assessments, experiential processes, practice, weekly action plans, and accountability. This reinforces the learning along with the application.
The Zoom live virtual classroom is held twice a week and each session will be 2 hours. We have two scheduled break weeks through the three months to help with digesting the information. We max each group out at 10 so it allows for discussion, processing, learning from each other and accountability. This is a deep dive on the leadership side of what it takes to be a High Talent Manager.
- The first session of the week is focused on the skill. This includes book work, interactive processes, discussion and introspective work.
- The second session of the week is focused on problem-solving and real time application.
