Our Conflict Effective Training introduces the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) as a framework for understanding the different dimensions of conflict and the five modes of handling it. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode

Objectives In Every Class
Participants will gain a deep understanding of the TKI model, including the five modes of conflict management: Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating.
The workshop will provide tools for participants to evaluate conflict within their organization, focusing on how individual and team dynamics influence conflict resolution.
