TKI Conflict Effective Training

Our Conflict Effective Training introduces the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) as a framework for understanding the different dimensions of conflict and the five modes of handling it. Participants will gain practical skills and tools to identify and address conflicts in a way that aligns with their personal strengths and the dynamics of their teams. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped to manage conflict more effectively, improving communication and collaboration within their organizations.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode

A recent Stanford study found that CEOs’ number one concern is managing conflict. In our Conflict Effective Training using the TKI, participants will explore the intricacies of conflict and learn how to navigate challenging situations effectively.

This experiential program introduces the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) as a framework for understanding the different dimensions of conflict and the five modes of handling it. Objectives In Every Class

Understand the TKI

Participants will gain a deep understanding of the TKI model, including the five modes of conflict management: Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating.

Analyze Organizational Conflict

The workshop will provide tools for participants to evaluate conflict within their organization, focusing on how individual and team dynamics influence conflict resolution.

Identify Personal Conflict Styles
