Summit: Leadership for Managers 6-Week Development Programs

Outline of the Program/Expectations:  

The Zoom virtual classroom will be held once a week, and each session will be 2-hours.   We max each group out at 8, so it allows for discussions, processing, learning from each other, and accountability.  This is a deep dive into the leadership side of what it takes to be a High Talent Manager.

These sessions are focused on the skill.  This includes bookwork, interactive processes, discussion, and introspective work along with problem-solving and working through your and the other classmate’s greatest challenge as a manager (application).
