He started his leadership career at the age of 16 at a local YMCA as a Day Camp leader. Today, with his amazing wife, they runs their own youth leadership camp. Vince is also the Board Chair of a YMCA camp in the Santa Cruz mountains.As the Chief Risk & Security Officer for a nearly $7B multi-national company for 27 years, Vince has experienced leadership in many forms. Vince has served in many leadership roles including Little League Board, Church Board, National leadership role for an international Chaplain organization, president of a non-profit Foundation giving away over $8M per year, and his local Community Emergency Response Team. Vince is currently working on a doctorate in Strategic Leadership.Vince shares his insights and lessons learned about leading and serving others.
