Organizational psychologist Adam Grant is an expert on opening other people’s minds and our own. Think Again, reveals that we don’t have to believe everything we think or internalize everything we feel. It’s an invitation to let go of views that are no longer serving us well and prize mental flexibility over foolish consistency.
Investment:
This isn’t a paid program with Driven Leadership, however, we will be accepting donations to The Acceleration Foundation for those who want to help. The Acceleration Foundation is our non-profit program which bring awareness, emotional intelligence and better decision making ability to under-financed and underprivileged people of all ages and groups. Specific areas of focus:
- The Acceleration Foundation’s Business Academy helps leaders advance their ability to lead their organization, as well as, provide high level consulting to move the business forward. Using the Driven Leadership curriculum, we will supply free or discounted trainings to small business or non-profit leaders.
- The Acceleration Foundation’s Youth Academy helps teens who have an interest in business and leadership to get the foundational tools required prior to stepping into the business world better preparing them for college and life. This provides leadership skills, business project experience and contacts at an early age to help set them up for extreme success in the most important developmental years of their lives. Using Driven Leadership curriculum, we will supply free or discounted programs for teens.
