Dr. Jessica Wilson – Be the Light; How Learning to “Show Up” Can Change Your Life
Dr. Jessica Wilson is a veterinarian and 1st Generation Dominican American that grew up in New York City. Jessica knew that she wanted to be a veterinarian from a very early age (3 years old actually!) and this early childhood dream became a reality after Jessica took a chance and make the decision to leave the country to study at Ross University in the Caribbean island of St Kitts.
Jessica did not stop on her mission to learn and help more animals in a very specialized way…without realizing that she was really suffering from Imposter Syndrome. Jessica pursued additional training to become a veterinary dentist and this ties in with her other career…professional bodybuilding! By incorporating many lessons learned from both veterinary medicine and bodybuilding, Jessica has developed skill sets that have helped her “show up” for her teams (in both fields) and help others see and fulfill their potential.
