Matthew Sallee is the Vice President of Multifamily Sales at Motili. He has spent over 20 years in the B2B technology space, from large-scale storage area networking labs to enterprise analytical platforms. He has been driving building technology across his career and saved billions of dollars in energy, operational expense, and capital expense for owners and operators nationally.
Matthew led the development of the UL8750 standard for LED Lighting, the UL1598C standard for LED Retrofit, the UL LightSmart App and worked closely with the EPA to develop the ENERGY STAR certification program, fostering high-efficiency products into the market. Many of his projects have been featured in LED Magazine, Architectural Lighting, SSL Magazine, Retrofit Magazine, and many others. Matthew also led the development of the Retrofit Return App and was awarded a Business Marketing Association BMA Gold Key award for its innovation. He spearheaded the business development process for LEDSENSE as well.
