- A la carte: any program within the BaseCamp section can be taken as a stand-alone course.
- Summit Management Certification Journey:
Step 1 – Management assessments and initial coaching session
Step 2 – Complete and pass any six BaseCamp training sessions
Step 3 – Complete and pass any two Advanced Summit training sessions
The online training is facilitated engagingly with experiential processes, practice, weekly action plans, and accountability. This reinforces the learning along with the application.
