Fundamentals: Foundations for Leadership focuses on the core leadership skills of a great manager. This is a 6-week session (2 hours per week).

In this 6-week session, you will take a deep dive into:

- Advanced Communication Strategies – Building Positive Cultures

Each week, the program will require approximately 2-1/2 hours of dedicated time from you. You will meet virtually weekly with your facilitator and classmates. There will also be assignments for you to actuate between sessions. The goal is to learn about a new skill, put it into play, and start using it immediately.
